When you contact Thermoflux for service it is important that you know the serial number of the heater you are inquiring about. The serial number (or the Thermoflux sales order number) is the method we use for determining which heater you have. You can find the four digit heater serial number in several places:
On the stamped nameplate located on the heater itself.
On the cover of or front pages of the operations manual.
As part of the drawing numbers on any of the Thermoflux drawings for the heater.
