Heliflux heaters are available in Horizontal and Vertical configurations. The process coil is a tight wound Helix fabricated from minimum of sch 40 pipe. The coil material is based on the process temperature. For thermal fluid heating, A 106 B seamless  pipe is typically		 trifin1.jpg (23644 bytes)

  used. For high temperature applications 304 S.S. or higher alloys such as Incolloy 800 are used.
