CRYOFLUX....  Indirect Fired heaters

Process Heaters & Vaporizers, temperature range minus 320 deg F (minus 160 deg C) to 650 deg F (343 deg C). Pressures up to 3500 PSIG (240 Bar). Heat duty up to 40 MM Btu/Hr

   CRYOFLUX Heaters are pure indirect heaters where the flue gas never comes in contact with the process heating tubes. The burner firetube immersed in a bath containing an intermediate fluid. A process heating coil is also immersed in the bath. The firetube transfers heat to the bath which in turn heats up the fluid flowing in the process tubes.

   The CRYOFLUX is available in a wide variety of configurations:

   By Shell orientation:

• Horizontal
• Vertical (for locations where plot space is at a premium)

By Firetube Configuration:

• Straight through
• Straight through with forced circulation economizer (for ultra high efficiency applications)
• U-tube

By Burner Draft:

• Forced Draft 

• Natural Draft 

By Intermediate Fluid type:

• Water
• Glycol/water solution (for freeze protection)
• Pressurized Water or Glycol/Water solution
• Thermal Fluid
• Salt (Eutectic mixture of Sodium Nitrite & Potassium Nitrate)
